Get ready for a behind-the-scenes look at UMass Lowell's RadLab, a 1 MW nuclear research reactor! Join YPE Boston on July 24, 2026 at 1:30 PM (EDT) at UMass Lowell, One University Avenue, for an informational session about the facility, followed by a tour of the reactor and a Q&A.

Space is limited to 30 attendees, and you must be a U.S. citizen to join (non-citizens need International Traffic in Arms Regulations clearance). After the tour, stick around for an optional happy hour in Lowell at a nearby location, TBA.

Tickets are $10. Please RSVP on Eventbrite by July 17th to secure your spot!

Transport and parking: parking is limited at the facility, so we can arrange carpools closer to the date. You can also take the commuter rail to Lowell (free on Fridays).
