  • Myisha Majumder

    President

    Currently a Project Finance Analyst at Bluewave, Myisha recently graduated from The Fletcher School at Tufts University where she concentrated on international finance and environmental policy. She has experience across different organizations in the energy industry, including energy consulting, renewable energy development, and renewable energy financing. Myisha is particularly passionate about energy justice and the intersection of international development and renewable energy

  • Catherine Khanamirian

    Vice President of Operations

    Catherine is a Business Strategy & Transformation Consultant within Guidehouse’s Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure team. Her role focuses on working with the leadership of electric and gas utilities to solve their highest priority challenges, predominantly around decarbonization, digitalization and decentralization as the energy transition pushes towards net zero.

    Catherine graduated from the George Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs, concentrating in International Economics and Development.

  • Rhea Ann Cherian

    Vice President of Partnerships

    Rhea is a Renewable Energy Project Developer with ENGIE North America. She helps finance, develop and build ENGIE’s North American utility scale solar and battery storage portfolio. Prior to joining ENGIE, she worked as an Energy Consultant with Eversource helping commercial customers with their Energy efficiency and decarbonizing goals. Rhea spent two years previously in software consulting at Accenture Technology building business models and providing technical support to energy resource industry clients.

    Rhea is originally from Mumbai, India. She holds an MS in Energy Systems from Northeastern University and a BEng in Electrical Engineering from University of Mumbai.

  • Harsh Vardhan Agarwal

    Secretary

    Harsh has been active in the energy industry since 2017. In 2019, he started a Project Finance position with Advanced Power, working with the Finance and Development teams in creating and managing project raises for Thermal, Solar and wind projects. He has assisted in analyzing acquisitions, greenfield and brownfield development, research for commercial offtake strategies, managing investor and lender communications and general investment/asset management.

    Harsh has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from St. Xavier’s College in India, a Master’s degree in Finance from Boston College and Master’s degree in Project Management from Harrisburg University.

  • Matt Arnold

    Treasurer

    Matt is an experienced energy professional with a knack for financial modelling and a passion for the energy industry. He currently works in the project finance group at Advanced Power, a Boston-based power producer and developer. Here, he focuses on the long-term funding and strategic development of energy infrastructure projects across the U.S. Prior to joining Advanced Power, Matt worked as an analyst on Enel Green Power’s asset management team where he focused on the implementation of various hedging products across their portfolio.

    Matt holds a BA in Economics from Saint Michael’s College.

  • Tanmay Nema

    Marketing Chair

    Tanmay is a Senior Systems & Analytics Analyst at Enel North America Inc. with their Demand Response business unit. He is passionate about sustainable energy technologies and energy storage systems that can decarbonize the C&I sector. In his current role, Tanmay utilizes the power of data analytics to pave the way toward a more sustainable future.

    Tanmay is originally from New Delhi, India. He completed his Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from India and worked in the Indian automotive sector for 2 years. He holds a Master's degree in Energy Science, Technology, and Policy with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

  • Walker Mayer

    Sponsorships Chair

    Walker is a financial analyst at Green Giraffe Advisory focused on US offshore wind and solar. In this capacity, he has advised on multiple M&A processes in the sector, including recent equity raises and a Series B fund raise for an offshore wind technology company. Prior to joining Green Giraffe’s Boston office, he worked in business development on the offshore wind team at Invenergy. He is a lifelong environmentalist and committed to a swift and just energy transition.

    Walker holds a BA in economics from Yale University.

  • Allison Gully

    Partnerships Chair

    Allison is an energy professional with experience in consulting and supply chain. Her roots from rural west Texas also give her a rare perspective where she assisted in the development of a utility-scale solar project on her family's farm. She currently works in Procurement Strategy at National Grid to help tackle the unique supply chain challenges of a utility working towards a more sustainable energy future. She is passionate about all things energy sector and in her free time enjoys travelling.

    Allison holds a BA from Texas A&M University in International Studies and a Master of International Business from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.

  • Anthony Hall

    Memberships Chair

    Anthony is a 2022 Washington Graduate Scholar and Gordon Fellow. He received an Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama and a Masters in Energy Systems from Northeastern University.

    Previously, Anthony served as Director of Energy Services for an Inc 500 energy efficiency startup, and he currently works in Renewable Devlopment at BHE Renewables with a focus on solar, energy storage, and microgrids.

  • David Makee

    Events Chair

    Dave is a Senior Consultant on Roland Berger’s Energy & Infrastructure team, where he provides decarbonization strategy consulting and clean-tech transaction advisory for companies in the energy industry. Prior to joining Roland Berger, he worked at Arup providing energy consulting and engineering design on projects in the built environment. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a M.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.

  • Vanessa Pinney

    Events Chair

    Vanessa is a young professional who is passionate about anything to do with energy and climate, with work experience ranging from permitting of novel energy technology to energy markets modeling and international climate policy. She is currently an analyst with the NorthBridge Group, an economic and strategic consulting firm serving the power sector, and works on a variety of projects helping large utilities decarbonize.

    She is new to the Boston area, having recently finished her Masters of Engineering Management at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, where she also spent her undergrad. Vanessa is originally from New York City, and enjoys running, skiing, and community organizing in her free time.

  • Sokanha Ly

    Events Chair

    Sokanha currently serves as a Consultant at Levitan & Associates, a firm specializing in energy advisory services assisting clients in achieving their decarbonization objectives. Her knowledge encompasses renewable energy resources, the electric and gas power markets, and energy regulation.

    Sokanha is a holder of an MSc in Energy Systems from Northeastern University and a BSc in Civil Engineering from Paragon International University.

  • Christopher Baxley

    Events Chair

    Chris is an Associate Consultant with Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel, an executive search and workforce solutions firm focused solely on the renewable energy industry on a global scale. He provides tailored recruitment services to both clients and candidates across all renewable sectors - onshore and offshore. Previously, he interned with ENGIE North America on the Project Management team in Columbus, Ohio working across several energy efficiency projects.

    Chris is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Sustainability

  • Lily Sylvester

    Events Chair

    Lily currently works at Avangrid Renewables, where she is developing offshore wind projects off the coast of New England. She has previous experience working in urban planning and at nonprofits focused on energy and environmental issues. Lily is passionate about the energy transition and is excited to continue building a community of like-minded professionals in Greater Boston.

    Originally from Rhode Island, Lily graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and minors in Writing and Energy Science and Policy.
